Going with a 0 as well... went to get a steering wheel set up. The kid, Cole at the front sold me all the parts, which one was the wrong one for the wheel to be installed, so it would not work. Brought it back. Time out of my day for their error. Told him that I did not appreciated it. Dude says " accidents happen, right" with a smile on his face. Well, you accidentally get a 0 for customer service and after a little more research a 0 for being overpriced. Don't mind paying a little more for knowledgeable and history in an industry but not arrogant incorrect parts selling knowledge.
