  • I was hanging out next door at Barnes & Noble, helping my son with his homework. We decided to take a break, so I headed over to Ulta, as a friend recently told me about eyelash tinting and I wanted to learn more about it. I also found they carry my favorite perfume and if I can save a trip to the mall, I'm all for it! I was there for at least fifteen minutes without one single person acknowledging me. In fact, one salesperson bumped into me as she walked past and didn't even say, "excuse me." I've not been here in years and now I remember why. I will NEVER shop here and I'll be sure to let everyone know about my experiences.
