  • A few months after my appointment I all of a sudden got a promotional text .I called the salon and found out that they had given their clients' contact info to a third party. I asked to be removed from the list but the receptionist said she couldn't do it. She tried transferring me to a manager, who didn't pick up their phone. The receptionist said that a manager would return my call, but it's been a few weeks and noone ever called me.
