There's a reason this guy has a perfect rating. My boyfriend and I just moved into a new place, and we rent. So when I got home from work today and the garage door would only open about 10 inches I started to freak out a little. The number for Apex was posted in our garage but since we didn't know the company we decided to check Yelp just in case. Obviously after we saw the reviews we decided to call.
Quinn is a one man business and answered immediately. We told him what the issue was and expected to schedule an appointment for the next day but he said he could be here in about an hour after he finished his other job! It was 6:45pm! Talk about service!
When he got here, we walked him to the garage and I'm not kidding when I say that after only about 1/10th of a second he said "oh you have a broken spring." Clearly he has been in the biz for a long time. He worked for about 30 minutes, charged us $59 for the service call plus the cost of the spring, and that was it!
This is why I'm glad that Yelp exists - because I want to refer Quinn to every person I know but none of them have broken garages right now. So I'm recommending him STRONGLY to every single person who reads this review instead.
