  • Driver was to provide white glove service. What a joke! The bed arrived incomplete and they wanted to argue that we only ordered a headboard. When my wife pointed to the label on the side of the box that said 1 of 2 the employee decided to call dispatch. Five days have elapsed since and we still don't have our bed. No phone call as promised. They also don't answer their phones. The company that I ordered the bed from also cannot get a return call.
