Everything started out great. Nice customer service people answering the phone and scheduling was very easy. Day of the carpet cleaning came and it all went down hill. I had a 1-3 appointment window. My wife was home, so we'd have someone there. I knew I was supposed to get a call saying the tech was on his way. So I was around town doing little errands because I took the day off work. I got the call at 2:32 saying the tech would be there in 20 minutes. Still cool, end of an arrival window is okay in my book. So I start to hurry and finish what I'm doing. I trip and sprain my ankle, real bad. My fault for being in a hurry. I get home right at 2:52. Still no tech. So I get some ice and ice my ankle. 3:05 and no tech. I call zerorez and they said he should be there. I say well he's not. They give me $45 off(pretty much a free room). They say the tech should be there soon, he had to stop for gas. Tech arrives at 3:21. I got some credit, but am pretty upset about rushing to get home. I should of been told the tech was closer to an hour away and not 20 minutes. I wouldn't of been rushing with that info and might not have sprained my ankle. So I'm busy still recovering from that and can't even tell you if they did a good job or not. What I did notice as I went down my stairs is that the corner where my stairs turn is all scuffed up. I'm assuming by the hose they use. And some other hanger thing was left on my railing on the stairs. I wasn't gonna write a review until I saw the home damage. That really set me off and it really was just a completely BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I did their little review they emailed me over the weekend before I saw the scuff marks and didn't get any response from them. So I decided to post here and I attached some pics too. A little disappointed in Johnjay and Rich for recommending this company.
Update: Zerorez got a hold of me and scheduled a time for their supervisor or somebody to come by a couple days later. He showed up, took a picture of the damage, apologized, said he'll talk with the service guy that cleaned the carpet and get him more training. Blah blah blah. Then offered to paint the little spot if I had some touch up paint. I told him I'll paint it myself. I really didn't want this company to be in my home doing any more work.
