Steer clear of this store!!! Purchased supposed new washer and dryer from them. What was delivered was not in a box like other items on truck. Was in shrink wrap plastic. Had multiple dents and scratches on it with dirt both on outside and inside unit. Refused delivery.
Received call from their customer service asking how happy I was with the unit and the delivery. I explained my dissatisfaction that they were trying to pawn off on me a used or damaged unit they said was new. Was told they would get right back to me. Still haven't heard from them three days later.
Called store to get refund processed. Sales people kept telling me they only sell new units. I explained it was anything but new and why would they send a visibly damaged unit. Said it was new and that's all they sell. Went in store for refund. They said the warehouse was processing it and it could take up to 10-15 days. I asked how they can take my money and it be processed on my card in 2 days but takes over a week to get it back to me.
During this whole time only the delivery person said they were sorry for the trouble. Amazing how POOR the customer service is with the sales people in this store and with SEARS in general. As I said to two other customers who overheard my exchange with the sales people...Run while you can. You DO NOT want to do business with these people!
