rev:text	I've lived here for over four years now so you could say I've pretty much seen it all and have a lot of built up frustration so apologies ahead of time for how long this is to read. I'm learning now that all this place cares about is MONEY and charging FEES FOR EVERYTHING. If your rent is ONE DAY LATE they charge you 51.00 dollars FOR EVERYDAY THAT ITS LATE...on top of that RENT GOES UP EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE TO RENEW. Whatever happened to the four day grace period other complexes provide What kind of bull** is that? Especially being here awhile you would think they would not charge if you are renewing with them? They used to throw in a free carpet shampoo or paint job but don't ANYMORE? Yes the utilities included is a plus and the location is convenient, but I'm over having to hear the sounds of fire alarms going off cause some dumb kid pulling it at 3 in the f*** morning!! The staff at the beginning were nice and helpful, however now new staff have come in and given the over all staff and experience a bad reputation as a whole. Also the way they control the air and heat is retarded especially once it gets to be warm out. It's also weird and unusual that they turn off the hot water ALOT? There are times where I have waken up to take a hot shower and there's no hot water to shower with or the water is COMPLETELY SHUT OFF. My final complaint and I'm embarrassed to even say....BED BUGS. Yes I know. My boyfriend and I recently found one in our apartment, disgusted we threw all of the bedding away and other things. I've never in my life have had to deal with bed bugs EVER! After discovering this we called the office. Turns out they used to take care of it all free of charge, but now they charge 78.00 dollars inspection fee and 350.00 after that. 428.00 dollars ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Bed bugs I have now heard through the grape vine after talking with neighbors today have been a problem here that explains why they want to charge you NOW for something that MAY or MAY NOT be your fault?!?!?! Now we HAVE NO CHOICE but to have this come out of our pocket. It's ridiculous. The management Sofia or Zofia does not care nor has enough compassion to help out her residents either. Which is sad and pathetic and caused me to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH which is why I'm writing this review. Glad I'm only here for another 6 months can't take much more of this. Do yourself a favor and go live somewhere else, Seriously.
