  • Very poor customer service. The lady working there I believe it's the owner call me at 3:18 letting me know that my dog was gonna be ready in 10 minutes so I got there at 3:34 The male owner was smoking outside and yell at me lady we told you at 3:15 we need to leave (this was a Saturday)At that moment I didn't realize what time they call me so I apologize and even I apologize he was extremely rude you don't do that to repetitive customer.
