rev:text	I just finished my 12 month touch up and honestly... I'm so bummed about my experience w this salon and the owner. My first time microblading was about 1.5 yrs ago w Nena J, the owner. Initially, the color/shape didn't stay. So I waited for the complimentary touch-up. Didn't stay. When I voiced my concerns all I got was passive aggressiveness stating that micro blading isn't meant to keep most of its color and shrinks etc. I understood that... but when the top of the arch strokes just completely disappeared making my eyebrows lose the shape she attempted to create... I don't understand why I paid over $500 to do it. I followed all the after care. Eyebrows turned out to look like a sharpie draw on. I asked for thicker and darker so they would possibly stay. Nope. Still thin and so unflattering. There are much better options out there. Only reason I went back for the 12 month touch up was bc I made the appointment before I got the rude response from her about my concerns. It's $50 to schedule an appointment. Non refundable. I would 100% not recommend. If you go.. just do it at your own risk. Don't expect your concerns to be fixed. Unless you wanna pay again :) Now after my 12 month touch up($200)- she says she is no longer doing touch ups. When in her other reply to another yelper that hated her results from one of Nenas apprentices... was that she would never say that her apprentices work would match up to hers. So why let them do the work if they're not as good w out THAT exact warning? Why advertise your work and let others do it when it doesn't measure up? So.. it's just a mess of a business. This is the only procedure I had done here, but I've had another friend that went w me and she never went back bc of the work. Initially, I went w my friend and the owner didn't even end up giving her the complimentary touch up bc "she didn't do that anymore" lol. And now it's back on the website that she does? So confusing! She also was extremely rude when I asked about her pricing. The prices have changed so often that I got confused. AND they continue to!! I don't mind paying the asking price, but when I start the process w the salon when it's at one rate then it changes half way into it... it's frustrating. There's much better pricing for laser treatments too. This salon also doesn't have the top of line machine most professional laser salons have. Do your research people!!! Call and ask what laser Simplicity Laser and Ideal Image use. I go to simplicity and I pay 60$ a month for full body laser hair removal. She charges something like $125 for a Brazilian for ONE session. It's unreal. I think this whole business is a scam. That's what it felt like the whole process. In what ways can I make the most money by doing the least amount of work kind of business.
