Front desk staff is HORRIBLE! !!! Came to them upset cuz an earlier clerk turned off my charge privileges even tho I had credit card on file, embarrassed in front of family at dinner, had to go to casino and use atm. Front desk said it's not our fault, the girl who checked you in, it's her fault. It's on now, have a good night. Really? So now I'm even more upset, ask for hotel manager. Tell them I'll wait outside lobby so I can smoke. 30 minutes and no manager, I go back and ask how much longer? Oh, she's busy, she said to get your phone number. Really? You don't come tell me this? You leave me waiting 30 minutes? Not a single employee here cares about guest service. Security's answer? Fill out a comment card......
