  • Found this place on Expedia. Was just looking for a hotel downtown for a vacation visit to Toronto. Just figured it would be a reasonable place to lay down for the night. We we were blown away. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Staff were so friendly. Valet parking was decent price and very fast. Complimentary breakfast was very good - nice baked goods, jams, cheeses, ham, yogurt, cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs. Cold and hot cereal too. Plus coffee and espresso drinks. Great location. Lobby is two stories with very comfortable sofas and a library. Concierge very helpful. Room very large with high ceilings. Elegant. Very clean very modern. Bed very comfortable. Quite too. Solid wood work every where in room and lobby. We will miss it and I will stay here again ifwe return to Toronto. I think I got a great price as I would have paid 100-200 dollars more and still considered it a value. The accommodations are what I would call premium or luxury without be pretentious. Again - it was a very very pleasant surprise.
