  • It's safe to say that I will NEVER visit or recommend Western Dental to anyone. Where do I even begin - Well I called to set up an appointment for a teeth cleaning, when I arrived i checked-in and waited to be called. Once I was called up I was given paper work to fill out that may be took me about 5 minutes to return, I was told to have a seat and that it would be a "moment" until someone was with me.... 2 hours passed by, I then asked the front desk lady what was taking so long, she gave me some excuse that I can't even remember because at that point I was already frustrated with the lack of communication, but it gets better she tells me that I won't be able to get my teeth cleaning today only my X-rays.. I proceed to tell her that I called with enough time to get my teeth cleaning and that I was told when I made my appointment that I would get a teeth cleaning that day. She told me to wait then went to talk to someone, she returned to take to the X-ray room, where I was then rushed by the X-ray tech that didn't ask if I had discomfort from all the instruments that she was inserting into my mouth as she ran back and forth to take the pictures and move the instruments in my mouth. I was then transfer to the back to be seen by the dentist, she tells the billing lady that I need a fluoride treatment that would be out of pocket so I gave her my card to charge me, to only receive a bill today that says that it's in Collections!! Seriously... But, Once they got done with my cleaning l went to be asked to wait to get my receipt.. then I see the lady that did my cleaning rush out of the office to go home.. Seriously I wasn't going to have my cleaning done because of her wanting to leave?!? When I had waited there two hours before I had been seen.. So I ended up getting there at 12:30 to leave at 4:50. Just perfect!
