  • I lived at the Villagio Apartments just shy of 2 years. For the most part, my experience was great with the exception of office staff not providing much empathy to general concerns every now and then. I would have given at least 4 stars had I not had an issue with them returning my security deposit back on time. I moved out 12/01/2016 and have yet to receive my deposit back. I've called office staff several times a day to inquire about this. I was advised that my calls would be returned yet they never were. I started to feel like I was being avoided/ignored. I even had to call from a completely different phone number at one point just to get someone to answer my calls. It is now 12/20/2016 and I still do not have my deposit back. To top it off, I really needed the money as I was moving out of state. All in all, I ended up having to just leave without it and currently fighting this issue remotely till this day. Best regards furture residents.
