  • We stopped by the location at the beachwood mall and had four cupcakes. All of them were absolutely TERRIBLE. We wouldn't have been so mad but the price was ridiculous. How can you charge $3 a cupcake for 80% lard (which you advertised as buttercream) and an inch of cheap dry cake that resembles a box cake? And this wasn't a fluke, we had the carrot cake, red velvet, triple chocolate, and vanilla. Fix your recipe or fix your prices.
