This place is a sad shell of what it used to be not long ago. Most shop spaces are empty. All you'll find are baseball hats, basketball shoes and bling jewelry, with a few useful stores for women like a Bath & Body and a greeting card store. The food court also caters to a very limited palate.
I remember when they built the concourse to connect Tower City to Jacob's Field and Gund Arena, as they were then called. That was a big deal for shop owners at the time because now all the sporting event commuters were walking through the shopping area and food court to get to and from the games. Now they're just walking through an almost dead space.
