  • Brad the dispatcher that called me is a real jerk and was spoiling for a fight. Simple fact is, their truck was too big and their pallet jack to small to make the delivery. Not my fault "BRAD" When I asked Brad for a few minutes to allow me to contact the shipper he exploded into a rage about his driver's lack of time. He wanted me to allow his driver to unload $4,500 worth of kitchen cabinets in the street because he was a curbside delivery company only. I told him there was no way for me to get them off the street and could not sign he hung up on me...Very professional company...NOT!!!
