  • I brought in my (rimless) glasses because the side arm came off. They used some kind of glue to try and glue on another side arm and now the lense is smeared with glue and I can't see out of it. When I called all they had to say was it was my risk. I paid $50 and my glasses are ruined. Also they charged me an additional $10 to replace the nose piece and it fell off the next day.
