| - An oasis in a land full of "carnivores;" Bronze Cafe provides scrumptious food for every hungry, hungry herbivore in the Mojave. The service here was great: the employee helping my GF and I was cheerful and gleeful. He even gave us the Monkey Bread on the house! That said, here's a breakdown of the food:
The Vegucated Order sandwich: A meat-replacement dream packed with tofurky and soy "bacon", coupled with a nice blend of coconut "bacon" jam, in between tasty ciabatta, this sandwich was both filling and tasty. However, at $13, I would definitely suggest splitting it, or saving half for another meal.
Curry soup: Personally, I like my curry thick. This curry is more liquidy. Still, good flavor and would be great to take home and devour with a bowl of nice, hot rice.
Monkey Bread: This sweet bread had a nice and soft texture; not too dry, not too wet. Nice blend of cinnamon and chocolate chips.
Pumpkin spice cookie: Tasty. Not dry.
Before heading back into the sun, they kindly filled our reusable water bottles, leaving us satisfied and satiated.
