I have been attending Pilates classes at Mira for 5 months now and love how these workouts have changed my body. Miranda keeps each class diverse so you are never bored and the camaraderie in each class makes working out fun. Miranda is also very knowledgable regarding body mechanics, making sure you are not only safe but that you push yourself to get the best results possible from each workout. If you are on the reformer or in a mat class, you are going to sweat - the workouts are tough - but you'll be glad you did it!
