  • The worst one ever. Its our anniversary and my husband booked the couple package for us. He called few days ahead to book it. So on that day, we called in to see if we can get in two hours earlier, the lady told us that no we couldnt . So we kept our appt, which was 5pm. Not until 4:30 that they called and said that they had to cancel our appt because she couldnt reached the massage lady..... i meAn really?????? Why didnt you tell us earlier when we booked or even when we called in earlier that day ... ?????!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. !!!
