  • Don't get sucked into contract with Massage Envy Moon Valley - their services have really gone down hill. The atmosphere is far from relaxing, it is a cold corporate experience, the staff just going through the motions-- and not well. As a long time member, my experiences have steadily declined. In addition, after complaining, they do not stand behind their product. Unhappy customers are offered the run around instead of a quality massage or acceptable solution. You, the patron, are stuck! T Do yourself a favor. Pass
