  • I was sent a manual for work in a PDF format. I'm old school and like my manuals in a hard copy form. I tried to figure out how to order it online, but that did not work for me. I took my drive into Staples and was greeted by KAT. I explained what I wanted and it took her a whole 5 mins for the entire manual to be printed, binded and charged. KAT was awesome! Great customer service. Thank you KAT.
