  • We have been customers for quite a while. Today, Phoenix had a MAJOR storm and our pool was flooded and dirty from the run off around the yard. I sent Jose a text message to ask him a question about what I should do. He responded immediately and said someone would come out tomorrow. But sure enough, Chad was around the corner and stopped by to check on it today. They clearly communicate efficiently within their staff and I'm always so impressed with their friendly service. All around, Barefoot Pools is a top quality company with top customer service and a bunch of hard working, dedicated staff.
