  • Before i start i want to assure you i had never met James before nor had any experience with his company prior to our water heater going out. He gave me a great quote on installing the water heater. Communicated well around the time i could expect to him to get to my house. Came over and had such a friendly easy going demeaner that he builds trust right away. He put the heater in quickly, charged me less than the quote he gave me originally. When was the last time that's happened. Try, never!! If i ever have plumbing issues he'll be on speed dial. Don't take a risk with someone else, call these guys you'll be thanking yourself. Nathan
