Let's begin with stating my review comes from the perspective of a 30 year veteran of the F&B/Hospitality business. So my criticisms should be taken merely as feedback to the owner and staff. The good; this place is very appealing, well appointed, and clean. The bad; staff was borderline rude and un-engaging. Example: when I bussed my own table of four plates, bottles, and glasses there was zero response. Not a smile, no thank you, no "Oh you didn't have to do that", nothing. The beers we had were all fine but barely cold, even the bottles only had a slight chill. The sweets and other menu items seemed to be pre-made from another location. The sweets/pastries I understand but the other items should be made in house and to order. This is only an assumption due to the fact when I ordered two of an item I was told they only had one left but the item I chose to replace it was made from many similar ingredients. We visited on a Friday at happy hour (a very good value) and noticed a large outdoor event just steps away, then saw the closing time to be 7:00 pm. This is personal so take it or leave it; closing at 7:00 pm on a Friday night when there are hundreds of people mere yards from your door seems odd to me. Especially when you could be serving ICE COLD beer and wine. Okay, I am done; I truly hope this helps.
