Part I of two - the restaurant.
I've dined here quite often. The ambience is nice. The food is comparatively bad. Greasy and soggy. They call it 'Asian fusion' = random combinations of ingredients, some 'Asian' others not so much. Just because you add soy sauce or rice noodles won't make it Asian. Two stars for the food.
Part II of two - the bar.
Best cocktails in the Burgh. Hands down. They are artisans. There is Plymouth gin. The Sobatini, a ginger-martini, is healthy enough to count as vitamin tonic. Clean, tangy, and refreshing.
Advice: skip the restaurant, have a few drinks at the bar, eat from the bar menu if you must eat. I usually end up having drinks at Soba and then dinner at Eleven, another of their restaurants.
