  • Usually a decent ride from the airport to my home, but not this time.... it's well over 100 degrees and I had to ask driver to put the air conditioner on 2 times and he had it blowing towards himself. Vehicle 3833 at 4:28 pm on 9/6/17 and thats all I'll say publicly to protect the driver. Comfort is the guest experience and I'm a business traveler, not a party person which was clear when I got into the car. Then the driver almost got into an accident running up the back of a stopped car in traffic and veered off to the right on the 215 to avoid hitting anything. Didn't appear he knew where he was going even with my very detailed step by step instructions. Disappointing!
