  • I need to give a big shout out to this repair shop, they saved me about $2100.00 dollars last week!!! Let me first say, I am an ex-mechanic, and know my way around cars. My 2003 Buick Century had a loud engine knock, and I was fairly certain, that it needed a new engine. I brought the car to Pete Kelley's and with a metallic knock that loud, and after some tests, even the manager agreed, it probably needed an engine. So I gave them the go ahead for an engine swap, and authorized them to charge me 2500 bucks to complete the work. Then, I got a call from the owner George, and he asked me if it would be ok to take apart the old motor first, to see if it would be possible to fix it, and he said they wouldn't charge me extra, so I said sure! Well, several hours later, they called to tell me that they were able to fix it and the bill came to $405, saving me 2100 hundred! All I have to say is thank you gentlemen, thank you for your honesty, your integrity, and your skill! Thank you!!
