  • Had a problem with the water heater at my parent's condo, the pilot would not light and could not figure out the problem. We called Steven to check out the water heater and he was here within 4-5 hours of calling him. Figured out the problem and he had to get a new small unit for our water heater and thermocouple (I think that's what it was). Told us he might be able come back same time the next day (8ish PM) and he ended up getting here earlier (230pm) ! LESS than 24 hours and now our water heater is back up and running! Steven is an awesome guy, glad we found him. Definitely would recommend to friends/family or anyone looking!
