  • My husband and I do business out of town a lot, so we rent cars every few weekends. We usually use another rental company, but have used Alamo 3 times. Our first time renting was a 5-star experience. SUPER nice customer service agent, very nice, clean cars ready to go. The second and third experience weren't as great because we felt haggled, but we still made it out of there fairly quickly. It's been the same price as the "cheaper" car rental services, but provides nicer cars, better coverage and customer service!
