I had previously been satisfied with my experience with Earnhardt's Quick Lane department, however on my most recent visit I was appalled on more than one occasion. I was bringing my car in for a recall and when I first pulled up to service a skinny white kid covered in tattoos and looking like he was fresh out of prison greeted me. "Ricky" was his name and he said he was the "detail manager" he tried to sell me a a car wash and hand wax for $50. I told him no and his attitude changed to negative very quickly. My service advisor was "Frank" who is an incompetent bafoon and a person who will speak to you like an idiot. He told me I would receive a call when my vehicle was done, never happened. Good luck trying to reach your advisor on the phone, they either bounce you around to different departments or hang up on you. Last but not least when I came to pick up my vehicle I was walking up to the check out ladies and overheard a conversation with the cashier and a female service manager. The manager told the cashier that if someone calls in take a message and they will be lucky if we call them back because they are so busy. Wow I guess the poor customer service comes from the top. Guess they don't need my business. I'll be finding a new dealership to take my car to even though it will be a further drive from my house.
