  • The home we were interested in was listed as a rental however it was just a ploy to get people in to look and possiably buy. The listing agent kept telling us to buy it while we were looking. We put in a rental app. and we were strung along for over a week. We offered to pay 6 months in advance as well if nessessary. After a week and a half we were finally told they rented to someone else However the home was still listed for rent and sale weeks later. The agent also hardly never returned our emails .or phone calls during this process. I actually received a one word email. We are investors and just wanted to settle into a executive home until we understood the market in the Phoenix/scottsdale area. We actually loved the home and would of most likely purchased it in the long run. Cash buyers. We ended buying a beautiful home in central Scottsdale with another agent. I was absolutely shocked at the lack of professionalism with this company and agent! I really think he wanted to just play golf than actually do his job. (This was our 3rd home purchase , we had previously owned 2 in Tx) Dont waste your time with long reality.
