  • Employees were extremely rude. Went to see Beyond the Mask, a Christian film there. I don't know if it was because it was a Christian film, or because they all had poor attitudes in general, but they were very snotty towards us. We drove over an hour in to see this "special showing" (they were the only ones in western PA to run the movie). They were more concerned with talking amongst themselves. When you asked them a question, they acted as if you were bothering them, or they didn't have answers. And the way they looked at you like you had 3 heads and almost snarled when you spoke to them. Everyone there had an attitude problem. And their food prices? Outrageous. In someone elses post, they mentioned that it was dirty. Yes, we went into the theater - it hadn't been touched. Still popcorn & cups throughout. Definitely ticked that we drove over an hour in, to get that kind of treatment from a filthy theater. Oh, and the self-ticketing booths were broken. There is a wall of 6 of them or so? All were broken. Went to the counter to get tickets, she acted as if she didn't want to work. In addition... later that week, we found our kids acquired head live. This was the only place we could trace it to!
