  • I'm new to Pittsburgh. I heard about zips from an advertisement somewhere. First I dropped off 3 old clothing items to test them out because of the reviews and unreliable performance. I dropped off a suit jacket, a blouse and capris. When I picked up my things, they looked great- ironed and wrapped in a plastic bag. When I got home, I was shocked to discover that my clothing was not washed. How do I know? Not because they had any stains, but rather, I could still smell my Calvin Klein Euphoria perfume on my shirt, and my capris still had the creases at the hip from sitting in them. I wonder if they pick and choose what gets washed AND ironed vs just ironed. Ridiculous. And even though it's 2.29 for each item, it's still a scam if you don't do what you said you would. Corporate should put cameras in this place and investigate.
