  • Finally had a chance to check out this spot on our last visit to Downtown Vegas. The 1st time we went to Downtown Vegas, they were remodeling and it was closed. So, we went on our last day and parked at the California Hotel and Casino and please keep your parking ticket with you since you can validate and pay only $5 bucks or something. Okay, so the lady at the counter was really funny too. Our # was # 2 and then I asked, oh, so were # 2 and she said yes, since I'm #1. Clever lady!!! I went with the Aloha Special which came with teriyaki beef, a musubi and mac salad. The musubi was alright but their mac salad is freaking amazing!! My hubby went with the bento box and loved every bite of it. The fish, the spam the fish cake. We will be going back in October and I will try the Loco Moco, hopefully I wake up early enough to catch breakfast.
