  • Came in as a drop in at lunch because I was having a bad day. I only had a few minutes to wait, but the it was pretty much all bad. When she was trimming my cuticles, she nicked my ring finer really badly. She seemed to feel bad, applied pressure and some sort of blue stuff that stung, but ow! She also slightly nicked another finger on the second hand. Then she only massaged one hand. Then she didn't use a base coat, and I was getting my nails done in red. When I went to pay the machine kept saying my card was denied, but it is a debit card. Took several tries and smudged a finger trying to get another card even though I knew my card should work. Later that afternoon I noticed small bubbles on my nails, and within two days they had chipped. I will not be back.
