  • I contacted Empire based on Yelp reviews and wasn't please with my experience. I needed new springs (only one was bad but he said to do both) and was given the following price: $30 Service Charge $50 Labor Charge $198 Two Springs = $278 for new springs I gladly paid the mandatory $30 for his time and had another company replace both springs for less than half of their price.
