  • These people are absolute crooks!!! I used them based on a coupon that came in the mail. $15 per cylinder. They come out and tell you your locks "are really nice" and then tell you they can't do it for the $15. I have 1 year old twins that I was chasing around as the guy is telling me important information without a bottom line number. He went a head and continued the job and then demanded payment. What should have been a job under $200, turned in to a $450 job. When I called the owner to complain that I wasn't happy because his coupon never states that the type of lock you have can make that $15 lock change into a $40 lock change, he said he would call me back later that day and we could talk about a partial reimbursement. Never heard back, and now he is screening my calls and sending me to voicemaill!!! Effing rat bastards!! They took advantage of my situation completely. Luckily karma always has a way of catching up with these people.
