  • I have spent the last 5 years tolerating a broken tooth with no crown due to my horrible experience with dentists and trying to get it fixed. I have a very bad gag reflex which every dentist I've had before chooses to ignore. All my pasts dentists have been very controlling and almost rude in their lecturing of me to hold still while they shove their fingers down my throat, like I'm a child. I usually end up throwing up, and for that reason I've left my root canal uncrowned for almost 10 years. My experience with Dr Chung, Noe and Ashley, at Rocksprings Dental, was unlike any other dental experience I've ever had. They were beyond friendly and caring, asking me every step of the way if I was comfortable. No one minded my wiggling and gagging, they were very patient and understanding. The front office staff were efficient and caring, and the facility is nicely kept, looking new and clean. I was able to get my crown within the same day, in addition to all my xrays and a deep cleaning. My last dentist had me coming back weekly for 30 minute torture sessions. It was so much better to have a team work with me to get everything done in one sitting. And I got a free electric toothbrush! The financing options they have are great. Within 30 seconds I was able to get approved for 18 months of no interest, with low monthly payments. The cost was relative to what I've paid at other dentists, although I did pay a little extra for a same-day crown, which makes sense. If you have any dentist difficulties, I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr Chung and his team.
