  • Quite possibly my favorite restaurant in the country, next to Mesa Grill in NYC. Ok, so I've only been here once, but it was memorable. The food was outstanding and no other high-end restaurant in Vegas embraces the idea of being in a casino (Caesar's no less) rather than trying to hide from it. I also won big points from my boss for suggesting this place to him when he was in town for a conference.
