  • I been here several times since its like 5 minutes from my house, Once I got to the movie late because i waited like 20 minutes to get my snacks, another time the person in front of me keep hitting me with her seat (she knew someone was behind her), so no enjoying the movie for me, now tonight I come, i get my snacks and drink, once i get to my seat turns out its taken, I had bought my ticket in advance so i go talk to the manager and there was an error and they reserved those tickets like 3 times, they could only exchange them and give me other seats, which i asked for a refund because i bought them in advance to get good seats, if i wanted whatever seats i would just come last minute, so they gave me 2 medium popcorn vouchers, one for the inconvenience and one for the one i had bought, and i got my refund without the convenience fee they charge you, which i should of gotten back too since there were only inconveniences, this is the last time I use this theater, only sad thing is this is pretty much the only theater with IMAX 3D
