  • I worked out here at this location for the first time today. I travel around the valley and work out at different Planet Fitness locations. The staff was nice and the club neat and clean. After I worked out I checked in for tanning. The young man assisting me asked how long I would like to tan. I told him 6 minutes in the 9 minute stand up. I even signed the log for 6 minutes as I am just starting to tan for the season. I went in. The room was nice and clean and I put on my goggles and lotion and started to tan. I noticed the booth getting very hot so i peaked through my goggles and the timer was already at 8 minutes. I jumped out. Unfortunately too late. I am now burned and very uncomfortable. Please beware and make sure they set the timer correctly. I tanned all summer last year at the Apache Junction and Mesa clubs with no problem.
