  • I made a grooming appointment for my puppy and they said to bring her in. No one said I would need to get them paperwork when dropping her off (occasionally they'll ask at which time I present it at pick up.) It wasn't so much the bringing in papers, just how rude they were about it. I asked why they didn't mention it over the phone and got no response. With so many other groomers in the area I would definitely avoid this location.
