| - This was my first, and last, experience at Jackson's car wash. I stopped in on a whim because my car was in need of a good cleaning, obviously. I got the VIP car wash for $19.99 because I wanted my mats cleaned since we had taken various road trips with our lab retriever the last couple months and my mats were full of dog hair. I only waited for about 20 minutes, which was a bonus. When they called me to get my car the guy walked with me to make sure that I was pleased with their cleaning job. When I opened the back door, it looked as if they didn't even vacuum my backseat let alone the mats. There was still dog hair everywhere! I asked the guy if they vacuumed the backseat and he said "oh, uh, yeah they should have." Okay, well it doesn't look like it. He was like "the vacuums are all the way back up front but I could 'blow it out for you.'" Um, whatever that means, sure. So he took my car back and when he was done he said "sorry, this was the best I could do." My mats still have dog hair on them. My dash and console all still had dust on them which I had to wipe down myself. And my car smells like a dirty man and I can't get the smell to go away even with my air freshener. Usually my car smells either like a new car or like my bath and body Works air freshener! UGH! I called the store to complain because I don't appreciate paying $26 (after tip) for a car that's still dirty and all the clerk said was "I'm sorry about that." And nothing else! Less than pleased and I will never go back.
