Went here with a large party and wasn't impressed by the service at all. The food was delicious but the service ruined it for me and my friends. I made a reservation in advance, they placed us on the side bench with tables and chairs uncomfortably pushed together. We had about 13 people. The large dining table across from us was empty where they eventually sat a party of 5 later on in the evening. We asked for another table to be added to the end and the blonde server said no they don't have any, even though there were empty tables in the private dining area. Server looked like she didn't want to be there. We had to ask for e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g! Refills several times --we all had water. Asked for extra place settings where the server returned with just utensils. So we have to be specific and ask for the plates too? Server disappeared from table upon taking our orders. Sometimes people need more time to decide on what they want to eat--especially that big of a party. A proper excusal such as "Would you like more time to decide?" would be nice. The timing of the food was a bummer. Once the last person got their food everyone was pretty much done. Upon paying the check, they gave us 1 pen to share amongst all of us to pay our portion. In the hospitality industry, you're suppose to anticipate needs. We were the biggest party in the restaurant and why we were overlooked behooves me. Dude, I was so embarrassed I recommended this place because of the great reviews. Such a bummer.
