  • Arturo came to our rescue. Washer drain was backing up. He lugged the snake up to the roof and snaked the main drain. Then he snaked the drain in the wall behind the washer. THEN he built up about an 8" extension on the drain pipe to let it have a little more capacity. IT WORKED ! ! ! No more water on the floor, no holes cut in the wall or floor, just thinking the problem through. All this (about 3+ hours) plus materials, and what did he charge ? ? $100 ! ! Unbelievable ! ! He is my neighbor, in the sense that he lives in the same neighborhood.....but still....you all know what plumbers charge ! ! This man is AWESOME ! ! I WILL call him next time I need a plumber. I can not make a strong enough recommendation. Auturo is simply the best, someone who actually cares about his customers and his reputation. How great is that ? ! ?
