  • After a long winter, it was time to do some spring cleaning. A long awaited mani pedi. On Saint Denis street, nestled between restaurants and bars laid this new nail salon I had wanted to try. From the outside it looked like any other Asian nail salon; simple & inexpensive. So, I wasn't really expecting much other than a basic job. Boy was I wrong, it was the best budget manicure pedicure that I have ever received! For $40 (tax included), it was incredibly thorough. For the pedicure, they shaped my nails, pushed back and removed cuticles, exfoliated them twice, once with a corn cutter and then with an exfoliating mask, applied a moisturizing lotion and Saran wrapped my feet, and they even scrubbed my feet clean after. There were so many extra steps that they did compared to other salons that really made it great and they really did a good job. My disgusting dried skin laden feet and man hands are now baby soft and beautiful! Lastly the place was pretty clean, and they have massage chairs. Separately it's $15 for a mani and $28 for a pedi.
