Cox has the worst customer service. Inhave had 3 dvr's going to get the 4th one exchanged. But they do not have them in their " solution centers" you have to wait for a person to deliver and install it. So not only donI have to wait 24 hours for a tech to bring a box i did not know they dont have them in store they do not answer the phones when you call. This is THE WORST customer care i have ever heard of. How do you not answer a business telephone. I drove across town to be told they do not have the contour box in stock. Terrible terrible customer service. And the reps answer to me was call customer care...thwy could not even get through to a store or even tell me that it is not stocked in store. Cancelling cox ASAP they do not care about the customers what so ever. Too bad it is a monopoly in Las vegas and there is no.other choice....
