  • Charlotte is a pretty nice airport. It's a big hub for American. There are moving sidewalks to help get you from one terminal to the next. There are a decent variety of restaurants and shops in the terminal areas. There are charging stations to plug in your phone or tablet. I have not actually left the airport, only made connections here, so I can't comment on the baggage claim or rental car facilities.
